Breach of Covenants or Conditions. It is specifically understood that the Owner may have certain rules and regulations necessary for the operation of the facility and the Occupant specifically agree to familiarize himself with said rules and regulations from time to time and to abide by all terms and conditions as said rules and regulations are amended.

Breach of Covenants or Conditions. Netplex shall fail to perform or observe any other covenant, term, agreement or condition in this Agreement and Release (other than those described in paragraph C.1 hereof) or the Security Agreement or is in violation of or non-compliance with any provision of this Agreement and Release or any other Settlement Document after the expiration of any cure period, if any, set forth herein or therein.
