Breach of Covenants or Conditions. Breach of any covenant or condition by occupant shall, at option of owner, terminate agreement.
Breach of Covenants or Conditions. The Borrower or any of the Other Loan Parties fails to perform or observe any term, covenant, agreement or condition in this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents or is in violation of or non-compliance with any provision of this Agreement or any of the Loan Documents, and has not remedied and fully cured such non-performance, non-observance, violation of or non-compliance within thirty (30) days after the Bank has given written notice thereof to the Borrower, or such Other Loan Party; provided, however, that during such thirty (30) day period the Bank's obligations to make further Loans to the Borrower shall be suspended.

Borrower or any person or entity executing a guaranty of all or any portion of the Obligations (as the case may be, a "Guarantor") fails to perform or observe any term, covenant, agreement or condition In this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents or is in violation of or noncompliance with any provision of this Agreement or any of the Loan Documents,

Except for the Financial Covenant Defaults, the Borrower, any Guarantor, or any European Subsidiary shall fail to perform or observe any other covenant, term, agreement or condition in this Waiver Agreement (including, without limitation, the failure of the European Subsidiaries to deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Opinions to the Bank on or before December 7, 2001, as required by Section 4.2.3 hereof), the other Waiver Documents or any of the other Loan Documents or is in violation of or non-compliance with any provision of this Waiver Agreement, the other Waiver Documents or any of the other Loan Documents after the expiration of any cure period, if any, set forth in any such Loan Documents with respect to such covenant, term, agreement or condition.

The Borrower fails to perform or --------------------------------- observe any term, covenant, agreement or condition in this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents or is in violation of or non-compliance with any provision of this Agreement or any of the Loan Documents, and has not remedied and fully cured such non-performance, non-observance, violation of or non- compliance within twenty one (21) days after the Bank has given written notice thereof to the Borrower; provided, however, that during such twenty one (21) day period the Bank's obligations to make further Loans to the Borrower shall be suspended.
Breach of Covenants or Conditions. Netplex shall fail to perform or observe any other covenant, term, agreement or condition in this Agreement and Release (other than those described in paragraph C.1 hereof) or the Security Agreement or is in violation of or non-compliance with any provision of this Agreement and Release or any other Settlement Document after the expiration of any cure period, if any, set forth herein or therein.

The Borrower fails to perform --------------------------------- or observe any term, covenant, agreement or condition in this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents or is in violation of or non-compliance with any provision of this Agreement or any of the Loan Documents, and has not remedied and fully cured such non-performance, non-observance, violation of or non- compliance within fifteen (15) days after the Lender has given written notice thereof to the Borrower; provided, however, that during such fifteen (15) day period the Lender's obligations to make further Loans to the Borrower shall be suspended.

Any Obligor fails to perform or observe any other term, covenant, agreement or condition in this Loan Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents or any other agreement with the Bank or is in violation of or non-compliant with any provision of this Loan Agreement or any of the Loan Documents or any other agreement with the Bank and has not remedied and fully cured such non-performance, non-observance, violation of or non-compliance within 30 calendar days after the Bank has given written notice thereof to such Obligor; provided, however, that during such 30 calendar day period the Bank’s obligations to make further loans or advances to the Borrower shall be suspended.

The Borrowers fail to perform or observe any other term, covenant, agreement or condition contained in this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents or is in violation of or non-compliance with any provision of this Agreement or any of the Loan Documents, and have not remedied and fully cured such non-performance, non- observance, violation of or non-compliance within thirty (30) days after the Bank has given written notice thereof to the Borrowers; provided, however, that if such default is not fully cured after fifteen (15) Business Days from the Bank's written notice, at the option of the Bank, the Bank's obligations to make further Loans to the Borrowers shall be suspended.
Breach of Covenants or Conditions. It is specifically understood that the owner may have certain rules and regulations necessary for the operation of the facility and the Occupant specifically agree to familiarize himself with said rules and regulations from time to time and to abide by all terms and conditions as said rules and regulations are amended.
