Violation of Non discrimination provisions. Violation of the non-discrimination provisions of this Agreement shall be considered a breach of this Agreement and subject the Contractor to penalties, to be determined by the County Manager, including but not limited to i) termination of this Agreement; ii) disqualification of the Contractor from bidding on or being awarded a County contract for a period of up to 3 years; iii) liquidated damages of $2,500 per violation; iv) imposition of other appropriate contractual and civil remedies and sanctions, as determined by the County Manager. To effectuate the provisions of this section, the County Manager shall have the authority to examine Contractor’s employment records with respect to compliance with this paragraph and/or to set off all or any portion of the amount described in this paragraph against amounts due to Contractor under the Contract or any other Contract between Contractor and County. Contractor shall report to the County Manager the filing by any person in any court of any complaint of discrimination or the filing by any person of any and all charges with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Fair Employment and Housing Commission or any other entity charged with the investigation of allegations within 30 days of such filing, provided that within such 30 days such entity has not notified Contractor that such charges are dismissed or otherwise unfounded. Such notification shall include the name of the complainant, a copy of such complaint, and a description of the circumstance. Contractor shall provide County with a copy of their response to the Complaint when filed.

  • Violation of Agreement If Guest(s) violates any of the conditions of this Agreement, Agent may terminate this Agreement and enter premises. Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Guest(s) shall vacate the Premises immediately and forfeit all rents and security deposits.

  • Effect of Non-Compliance Failure to comply with the requirements set forth herein may result in termination of this Agreement and/or ineligibility for award of future contracts.

  • Effect of Non-Payment 51.22.1 If the billed Party does not pay all undisputed charges by the Bill Due Date, the billing Party may discontinue processing orders for services provided under this Agreement and may invoke the Default provisions of Section 6.6 on or after the tenth (10th) Day following the Bill Due Date provided the billing Party notifies the other Party in writing, via email or certified mail, at least five (5) Days prior to discontinuing the processing of orders. If the billing Party continues to accept additional orders for service(s) after the date specified in such notice, and the billed Party’s non-compliance continues, nothing contained herein shall preclude the billing Party from refusing to accept any or all additional orders for service(s) from the non-complying Party without further notice.   • Violation of Contract If Purchaser violates any provision of this contract, the Contract Administrator, by written notice, may suspend delivery of further loads of forest products. If the violation is capable of being remedied, the Purchaser has five (5) days after receipt of suspension notice to remedy the violation. If the violation cannot be remedied (such as violation of WAC 240-15-015) or Purchaser fails to remedy the violation within five (5) days after receipt of a suspension notice, the State may terminate the rights of the Purchaser under this contract and collect damages as described in the damages clause in this contract.

  • Notification of Non-payment The Global Agent shall forthwith notify Xxxxxxx Mac by facsimile, e-mail or other rapid means of communication if it has not received the full amount for any payment due in respect of the Notes on the date such payment is due. The Global Agent shall have no liability, responsibility, duty or obligation to any Holder or beneficial owner of Notes to take any action against Issuer in the event that Issuer fails to make available funds sufficient to pay amounts due and payable and owing to any Holder on any Payment Date.   • Transfers in Violation of Agreement Any Transfer or attempted Transfer of any Stockholder Shares in violation of any provision of this Agreement shall be void, and the Company shall not record such Transfer on its books or treat any purported transferee of such Stockholder Shares as the owner of such shares for any purpose.

  • Consequences of non-compliance If a beneficiary breaches any of its obligations under this Article, the grant may be reduced (see Article 43). Such breaches may also lead to any of the other measures described in Chapter 6.

Without limitation, Owner may terminate this Agreement for non-payment of rent or other charges, or upon any conduct by Resident that is prohibited by or in breach of this Agreement, or if, in the reasonable judgment of Owner, continued residency will or may be detrimental to the educational process or the health, safety and/or welfare of the other residents of the Property or any of the Property’s personnel. Upon any termination as described in this paragraph, Resident: (a) must fully vacate the bedroom space and apartment (including removing all personal belongings) within the time provided in the written notice given by Owner, and will have no further use of or access to the Property, the assigned apartment or bedroom space; and
