BREACH OF FAIR WAGES CLAUSE. Any Contractor or Sub-Contractor who is found to be in breach of Fair Wages Clause shall cease to be approved as a Contractor or Sub-Contractor for such period as the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure may determine.
