Common use of (Breach of insurance policy Clause in Contracts

(Breach of insurance policy. Not to do or permit or suffer to be done any act deed matter or thing whatsoever whereby the insurance policies on the Building and/or the Premises against loss or damage by fire and/or other insurable perils and/or claims by third parties for the time being in force may become void or voidable or whereby the rate of premium or premiums thereon may be increased Provided that if as the result of any act deed matter or thing done permitted or suffered to be done by the Tenant the rate of premium on any such policy of insurance shall be increased the Landlord shall be entitled without prejudice to any other remedy hereunder to recover from the Tenant the amount of any such increase. Furthermore, the Tenant shall provide relevant documentary evidence or assistance to the insurance company upon its request.
