Breach of Other Agreements. Neither Funding nor the Mortgages Trustee is in breach of or in default under any agreement to which it is a party or which is binding on it or any of its assets or revenues;
Breach of Other Agreements. The Current Issuer is not in breach of or in default under any agreement to which it is a party or which is binding on it or any of its assets or revenues;
Breach of Other Agreements. The occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default under the Credit Agreement.
Breach of Other Agreements. The Master Issuer is not in breach of or in default under any agreement to which it is a party or which is binding on it or any of its assets or revenues.
Breach of Other Agreements. Abbey is not in breach of or in default under any agreements to which it is a party or which is binding on it or any applicable laws to the extent that such breach or default is material to the performance by Abbey of its obligations under the Legal Agreements to which it is a party, or would be so material, had such Legal Agreements been entered into; and
Breach of Other Agreements. If any of the Borrowers shall be in breach -------------------------- of or default under any material agreement with any Person and such breach or default shall remain unremedied for a period of 10 days; or
Breach of Other Agreements. The execution of this Agreement or any documents contemplated herein, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated herein, will not violate, conflict with, modify or breach (i) any material term or provision of, or cause a default under, or be an event which, with notice and/or lapse of time, would constitute a default under, or result in the acceleration of, or result in the creation of any encumbrance upon any of the Assets pursuant to any material contract or agreement to which Buyer is a party, (ii) any judgment, decree, writ, order or injunction of any court or arbitration body relating to the Assets, or (iii) any order or other action of any governmental authority, commission, bureau or administrative agency.
Breach of Other Agreements. Neither the execution of this Agreement nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated herein will constitute a breach under any contract or agreement to which OWNER is a party or by which OWNER is bound or affected which affects the Property or any part thereof.
Breach of Other Agreements. It is not in breach of or in default under any agreement to which it is a party or which is binding on it or any of its assets or revenues;

Santander UK is not in breach of or in default under any agreements to which it is a party or which is binding on it or any applicable laws to the extent that such breach or default is material to the performance by Santander UK of its obligations under the Legal Agreements to which it is a party, or would be so material, had such Legal Agreements been entered into;
