Common use of Breach of the Service Agreement Clause in Contracts

Breach of the Service Agreement. We may terminate the Service Agreement, by notice to You, after following the show cause process in clause 14, if: (a) We are satisfied that any of the provisions of the Service Agreement are not being or have not been complied with by You; (b) an amendment to Your Constitution or operations means that You are no longer eligible for the Funding or You are no longer able to comply with the Service Agreement; (c) You are in breach of any relevant legislation, including the Governing Act; (d) You become insolvent; (e) You become subject to any form of external administration; (f) You enter into an arrangement with Your creditors or otherwise take advantage of any laws in force in connection with insolvent debtors; or (g) You are wound up, voluntarily or involuntarily.
