Payment of Funding. 3.1.1. Subject to sufficient funds being available, and compliance by the Recipient with this Agreement, the Commonwealth agrees to provide the Recipient with the Funding at the times and in the manner specified in Annexure A. 3.1.2. The Commonwealth is not responsible for the provision of additional money to meet any expenditure in excess of the Funding.

Payment of Funding. 5.1 Subject to the provisions of the ARC Act, the terms of this Agreement and sufficient funding being available for the Scheme, the ARC will pay the approved amount of Funds to the Administering Organisation for a Centre, which is exclusive of any GST which may be imposed on the supply, in progressive monthly instalments in accordance with Schedule A. 5.2 Where the invoice relates to a taxable supply made under this Agreement, the invoice must comply with the requirement for a tax invoice as defined in the GST Act. 5.3 All Funding for a Centre is subject to the following conditions: (a) that a Centre commence in accordance with clause 11 or by any later date approved by the ARC under clause 12; (b) that the Centre Director (or any replacement person approved by the ARC under clause 14) lead and coordinate a Centre at all times during the Funding Period, including by having direct responsibility for the strategic decisions and communications of the results of the Centre; (c) that the Administering Organisation conduct a Centre’s Research Programme substantially in accordance with the ‘Programme Descriptioncontained in the Centre Proposal, or in the event of any variation to a Centre’s Research Programme, in accordance with the description, aims and research plans as otherwise approved by the ARC; (d) that the Administering Organisation spend all Funds paid under this Agreement for a Centre substantially in accordance with the ‘Programme Cost’ stated in the Centre Proposal and any Special Conditions, or the budget as otherwise approved by the ARC and any conditions otherwise imposed by the ARC in accordance with the ARC Act, and in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and the Funding Rules; (e) that the Administering Organisation only receive Funding under this Agreement to which it is properly entitled; (f) that the Administering Organisation enter into and maintain an agreement or agreements with all other Participating Organisations which meet the requirements under clause 9; (g) that the Administering Organisation submit on time all reports required under this Agreement, in the form and with content satisfactory to the ARC; (h) that the progress of a Centre is satisfactory in the opinion of the ARC; (i) that all information contained in the Centre Proposal and all reports required by this Agreement being complete, accurate and not misleading. Payment of Funding. Funds payable 3.1 We will provide You with the Funding at the times and in the manner specified in Schedule 1. 3.2 Where Funding is payable in instalments and clause 3.3 does not apply, We will provide You with the instalments when We are reasonably satisfied that You have complied with all the conditions of this Funding Agreement and You have made satisfactory progress towards the goals of the Project. 3.3 Where Funding is payable in instalments on the achievement of Milestones, We will provide You with the relevant instalments following Your achievement to Our satisfaction of the applicable Milestone. 3.4 Without limiting Our rights: (a) We will not be required to pay for any Project Material which is not provided to the highest standard (until they are provided correctly) and may require You to replace or remedy those items within the time specified by Us (which must be reasonable); and (b) if We consider that You have not been complying with Your obligations under this Funding Agreement, We may withhold or suspend any payment of Funding in whole or in part until You comply with such obligations. 3.5 We may set off any amount You owe to Us under this Funding Agreement or under any other agreement with Us against any Funding payable to You under this Funding Agreement. 3.6 Notwithstanding any withholding, suspending or set-off under clauses 3.4 or 3.5, You must continue to carry out the Project and perform any obligations under this Funding Agreement, unless We agree otherwise in writing. 3.7 We will issue You a recipient created tax invoice (or invoices) related to the Funding. You are not required to issue Us with any invoices under this Funding Agreement unless expressly stated otherwise. You are required to provide Your ABN and state whether You are registered for GST. 3.8 Unless otherwise agreed by Us in writing, Funding will be paid by electronic transfer. We will arrange payment of the Funding to Your nominated bank account and will issue You with a remittance advice for Your records.
Payment of Funding. 5.1 Payments will be made after written request to FFG in accordance with the following payment plan: 1st instalment after conclusion of the Funding Agreement EUR xx 2nd instalment after the end of the reporting period xx.xx.20xx EUR xx 3rd instalment after the end of the reporting period xx.xx.20xx EUR xx 4th instalment after the end of the reporting period xx.xx.20xx EUR xx Final instalment after final approval by FFG EUR xx 5.2 Payments are made to the following account of the Funding Recipient: Account holder: XXX Bank: XXX IBAN: XX BIC/SWIFT: XXX 5.3 The 1st instalment of € xxx shall be paid after conclusion of the Funding Agreement and fulfilment of the conditions and requirements agreed in § 6. 5.4 The remaining instalments shall be paid subject to fulfilment of all conditions (interim accounts, interim reports etc.) (see § 6, 7 and 11). 5.5 The final instalment of at least 10% of the total funding amount approved will only be paid once all conditions (final accounts, final reports etc.) have been fulfilled and FFG has audited and approved the documents evidencing the proper use of the funding (final approval). 5.6 The Funding Provider reserves the right to postpone, reduce or suspend the payment of funding if and as long as the proper performance of the funded project cannot be guaranteed (e.g. if the costs are not evidenced as agreed). 5.7 If a funding has not been paid in full or in part at the end of the financial year for which the funding has been granted as a result of the Funding Recipient’s failure to meet the requirements specified for payment, FFG may extend the funding approval to the end of the subsequent financial year provided that the Funding Recipient is not responsible for the project’s delay and that the project is still eligible for funding.

Payment of Funding. 4.1 Subject to any other provision of this Agreement, the ESFA shall pay the Funding to the Training Provider in accordance with the Technical Funding Guide. 4.2 The ESFA reserves the right to change or discontinue all or any part of the Apprenticeship Service at any time.

Payment of Funding. (1) Funding will be paid in accordance with the timetable outlined in Schedule 2 to this Agreement subject to requirements being met satisfactorily and the provision of appropriate Tax Invoices. (2) Funding recipients must provide a detailed financial status report as specified in Schedule 2 to this agreement, detailing expended funds and financial commitments to the end of the financial year. (3) Where funds are not yet expended, funds must be committed by the specified dates and, regardless, no later than 1 June of the relevant financial year. Evidence of commitments must be included in the financial status report. (a) All projects funded through the program must be fully implemented, funds expended or committed and final reports submitted by the completion date specified in Schedule 1 of this Agreement. (4) Any over-payments to the Recipient shall be returned to the Waste Authority to be refunded to the WARR Account. If there are any overpayments or underpayments to the Recipient without limiting any other rights, those amounts may be offset against any amount subsequently due to be paid to the Recipient by the Waste Authority under this Agreement. (5) On and from receipt of Funding, the Recipient must either: (a) deposit the Funding in an interest bearing bank account separately established for that Funding with all interest accruing in respect of the Funding to be retained for the purposes of that Funding (b) if the Recipient does not have a separate bank account for Project Funding, deposit the Funding into the Recipient’s usual bank account and keep a separate record of income, expenditure and interest relating to the Funding. All interest accruing in respect of the Funding must be retained for the purposes of that Funding.
Payment of Funding. 9.1. GRANTEE shall submit invoices on a monthly basis for work performed during each month. GRANTEE shall receive funding for the Project after invoices have been received by ICAPCD and the work performed has been reviewed, inspected and approved to be in accordance with Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B” by ICAPD. 9.2. ICAPCD shall not provide funding for work that is not included in a monthly invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both Parties. ///

It is the responsibility of the approved provider to make this funding available to their early childhood service where the provisionally registered teacher is employed.
