BREACH SANCTIONS. 21 Failure by CONTRACTOR to comply with any of the provisions, covenants, or 22 conditions of this Agreement shall be a material breach of this Agreement. In such event, 23 ADMINISTRATOR may, and in addition to immediate termination and any other remedies 24 available at law, in equity, or otherwise specified in this Agreement: 25 19.1.1 Afford CONTRACTOR a time period within which to cure the breach, 26 which period shall be established by ADMINISTRATOR; and/or 27 19.1.2 Discontinue reimbursement to CONTRACTOR for and during the period 28 in which CONTRACTOR is in breach, which reimbursement shall not be entitled to later recovery; 1 and/or

BREACH SANCTIONS. 21 12 Failure by CONTRACTOR to comply with any of the provisions, covenants, or 22 13 conditions of this Agreement shall be a material breach of this Agreement. In such event, 23 14 ADMINISTRATOR may, and in addition to immediate termination and any other remedies 24 15 available at law, in equity, or otherwise specified in this Agreement: 25 19.1.1 16 18.1.1 Afford CONTRACTOR a time period within which to cure the breach, 26 17 which period shall be established by ADMINISTRATOR; and/or 27 19.1.2 18 18.1.2 Discontinue reimbursement to CONTRACTOR for and during the period 28 19 in which CONTRACTOR is in breach, which reimbursement shall not be entitled to later recovery; 1 and/or

BREACH SANCTIONS. 21 28 Failure by CONTRACTOR to comply with any of the provisions, covenants, or 22 1 conditions of this Agreement shall be a material breach of this Agreement. In such event, 23 2 ADMINISTRATOR may, and in addition to immediate termination and any other remedies 24 3 available at law, in equity, or otherwise specified in this Agreement: 25 19.1.1 4 18.1.1 Afford CONTRACTOR a time period within which to cure the breach, 26 5 which period shall be established by ADMINISTRATOR; and/or 27 19.1.2 6 18.1.2 Discontinue reimbursement to CONTRACTOR for and during the period 28 7 in which CONTRACTOR is in breach, which reimbursement shall not be entitled to later recovery; 1 and/or

In such event, 23 ADMINISTRATOR may, and 18 in addition to immediate termination and any other remedies 24 19 available at law, in equity, or otherwise specified in this 20 Agreement: 25 19.1.1 Afford 21 18.1. 1Afford CONTRACTOR a time period within which to cure 22 the breach, 26 which period shall be established by 23 ADMINISTRATOR; and/or 27 19.1.2 Discontinue 24 18.1. 2Discontinue reimbursement to CONTRACTOR for and during 25 the period 28 in which CONTRACTOR is in breach, which 26 reimbursement shall not be entitled to later recovery; 1 and/or

BREACH SANCTIONS. 21 20 16.1 Failure by CONTRACTOR to comply with any of the provisions, 21 covenants, or 22 conditions of this Agreement shall be a material breach of this 22 Agreement. In such event, 23 ADMINISTRATOR may, and in addition to immediate 23 termination and any other remedies 24 available at law, in equity, or otherwise 24 specified in this Agreement: : 25 19.1.1 16.1.1 Afford CONTRACTOR a time period within which to cure the 26 breach, 26 which period shall be established by ADMINISTRATOR; and/or and/or 27 19.1.2 16.1.2 Discontinue reimbursement to CONTRACTOR for and during 28 the period 28 in which CONTRACTOR is in breach, which reimbursement shall not be 1 entitled to later recovery; 1 ; and/or

In such 22 event, 23 ADMINISTRATOR may, and in addition to immediate termination and any other remedies 24 23 available at law, in equity, or otherwise specified in this Agreement: 25 19.1.1 24 17.1. 118.1.1 Afford CONTRACTOR a time period within which to cure the 25 breach, 26 which period shall be established by ADMINISTRATOR; and/or 27 19.1.2 26 17.1. 218.1.2 Discontinue reimbursement to CONTRACTOR for and during the 27 period 28 in which CONTRACTOR is in breach, which reimbursement shall not be entitled to later 1 recovery; 1 ; and/or
