Common use of Break Housing Clause in Contracts

Break Housing. In the interest of security, staffing, and energy conservation, residential facilities except for Hospital Hill Apartments, UMKC Homes ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Apartments, and JP2 Commons may close during fall, winter, and spring breaks. There is not food service available during breaks. Failure to vacate the facility by the designated closing time will result in a monetary charge.
