Common use of Break Housing Clause in Contracts

In the interest of security, staffing, and energy conservation, residential facilities except for Xxxxxxxx and Hospital Hill Apartments will close during fall, winter, and spring breaks. There is not food service available during breaks. Failure to vacate the facility by the designated closing time will result in a monetary charge.
