Breaking Ties. Ties in seniority shall be broken by randomly drawing names of the employees printed on paper of equal size, folded, stapled, and mixed in random fashion in a box, hat, or other suitable container. The drawings will be carried out by the Guild President and the Sheriff or their designees.
