Breath Alcohol Tests. Only those tests with approved protocol issued by the United States Department of Health and Human Services will be permissible. Certified Breath Alcohol Technicians will administer our alcohol tests using devices appearing on the Conforming Products Lists (CPL) and approved by the National Highway Traffic Administration (NHTSA).
