Bribery Act Compliance. The Supplier shall maintain and enforce its own policies and procedures, including adequate procedures under the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, to ensure compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation. Adequate procedures shall be determined in accordance with section 7(2) of the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (and any guidance issued under section 9 of the Act).
Bribery Act Compliance. The Contractor shall maintain and enforce its own policies and procedures, including adequate procedures under the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, to ensure compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation. Adequate procedures shall be determined in accordance with section 7(2) of the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (and any guidance issued under section 9 of the Act).
Bribery Act Compliance. The Buyer shall ensure that in any dealings with the Company, neither it or its employees or agents shall commit any offence under the Bribery Act 2010 (“the Act”) including not engaging in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 6 of the Act. The Buyer shall inform the Company immediately it becomes aware of any actions between the parties that could constitute an offence under the Act.
Bribery Act Compliance within the framework of its commercial dealings with the Client, Agenda confirms its compliance with the requirements of the Bribery Act and that it does not conduct any practices which may lead to penal liability due to fraud or embezzlement, insolvency crimes, crimes in violation of competition, guaranteeing advantages, bribery, acceptance of bribes or other corruption crimes on the part of persons employed by the supplier or other third parties. In the event of a violation of the above, the Client has the right to immediately withdraw from or terminate all legal transactions existing with Agenda and the right to cancel all negotiations without any penalty to the Client.
Bribery Act Compliance. 15.1 We shall:
15.1.1 comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption including the Bribery Act 2010 (Relevant Requirements);
15.1.2 have and shall maintain in place throughout the Term our own policies and procedures, including adequate procedures as defined in the Bribery Act 2010, to ensure compliance with the Relevant Requirements, and will enforce them where appropriate; and
15.1.3 promptly report to you any request or demand for any undue financial or other advantage of any kind received by us in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
15.2 We shall ensure that any person associated with us (in accordance with the Bribery Act 2010) who is performing services in connection with this Agreement (including any subcontractor) does so only on the basis of a written contract which imposes on and secures from such person terms equivalent to those imposed on us in this Clause 15.
Bribery Act Compliance. 22.1. The Supplier shall ensure that in any dealings with the Company, neither it nor its employees or agents shall commit any offence under the Prevention and Combatting of Corrupt Activities Act, 12 of 2004 (the “Act”), including not engaging in any activity, practice, conduct (which shall include but not be limited to the giving and receiving of gifts) which would constitute an offence under the Act. The Supplier shall inform the Company immediately upon it becoming aware of any actions between the parties that could constitute an offence under the Act.
Bribery Act Compliance. 47.16.3.1 Each NOP shall maintain and enforce its own policies and procedures, including adequate procedures under the Bribery Act 2010, to ensure compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation.
47.16.3.2 Adequate procedures for the purpose of clause 47.16.3.1 must be determined in accordance with section 7(2) of the Bribery Act 2010 (and any guidance issued under section 9 of the Bribery Act 2010).
47.16.3.3 Each NOP must use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all persons associated with it (as defined by section 8 of the Bribery Act 2010) including all its Subcontractors comply with this clause.
Bribery Act Compliance. Apposite shall:
a) comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption including but not limited to the Bribery Act 2010 (Relevant Requirements);
b) not engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 6 of the Bribery Act 2010 if such activity, practice or conduct had been carried out in the UK;
c) have and shall maintain in place throughout the term of this Agreement its own policies and procedures, including adequate procedures under the Bribery Act 2010, to ensure compliance with the Relevant Requirements and Section 15.14(b), and will enforce them where appropriate;
