Bribery Act Compliance. The Supplier shall maintain and enforce its own policies and procedures, including adequate procedures under the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, to ensure compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation. Adequate procedures shall be determined in accordance with section 7(2) of the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (and any guidance issued under section 9 of the Act).

Bribery Act Compliance. The Contractor shall maintain and enforce its own policies and procedures, including adequate procedures under the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, to ensure compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation. Bribery Act Compliance. The Buyer shall ensure that in any dealings with the Company, neither it or its employees or agents shall commit any offence under the Bribery Act 2010 (“the Act”) including not engaging in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 6 of the Act. The Buyer shall inform the Company immediately it becomes aware of any actions between the parties that could constitute an offence under the Act.

The Supplier shall ensure that in any dealings with the Company, neither it nor its employees or agents shall commit any offence under the Prevention and Combatting of Corrupt Activities Act, 12 of 2004 (the “Act”), including not engaging in any activity, practice, conduct (which shall include but not be limited to the giving and receiving of gifts) which would constitute an offence under the Act. The Supplier shall inform the Company immediately upon it becoming aware of any actions between the parties that could constitute an offence under the Act.
Bribery Act Compliance. 47.16.3.1 Each NOP shall maintain and enforce its own policies and procedures, including adequate procedures under the Bribery Act 2010, to ensure compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation.‌ 47.16.3.2 Adequate procedures for the purpose of clause 47.16.3.1 must be determined in accordance with section 7(2) of the Bribery Act 2010 (and any guidance issued under section 9 of the Bribery Act 2010). 47.16.3.3 Each NOP must use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all persons associated with it (as defined by section 8 of the Bribery Act 2010) including all its Subcontractors comply with this clause.
