Bridge Application Process. 15.4.5.1 A Member wishing to participate in the bridge to retirement plan will make written application to the Xxxx, no later than the December 15 preceding the July 1 plan start date. 15.4.5.2 The Xxxx will make a written recommendation to the Xxxxxxx by January 15, who will communicate a decision to the Xxxx by January 31. 15.4.5.3 The Xxxx will communicate the decision of the Xxxxxxx to the Member as soon as possible, and by no later than February 15. The decision of the Xxxxxxx will be final.

Bridge Application Process. 15.4.5.1 A Member wishing to participate in the bridge to retirement plan will make a written application to the Xxxx, no later than the December 15 preceding the July 1 plan start date. 15.4.5.1.1 The Member’s application will indicate the duration of the proposed plan as well as the desired workload reduction, which may be up to fifty per- cent (50%). 15.4.5.2 The Xxxx will make a written recommendation to the Xxxxxxx by January 15, who will communicate a decision to the Xxxx by January 31. 15.4.5.3 The Xxxx will communicate the decision of the Xxxxxxx to the Member as soon as possible, and by no later than February 15. The decision of the Xxxxxxx will be final.
