Bridge Eligibility. 15.4.4.1 To be eligible for the bridge to retirement plan, a Member must meet the following criteria: 15.4.4.1.1 The Member occupies a Full-Time Tenured appointment on the date of application, through to the plan start date; and 15.4.4.1.2 The Member is at least fifty-five (55) years of age and has a minimum of the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time employment at the University on the date that reduced workload and pension begins.
