Common use of Bridge Repair Clause in Contracts

Bridge Repair. RFA shall cause its structural bridge engineer to design plans for the redecking, resurfacing and lighting of the Pencoyd Bridge in accordance with good engineering practices (“Pencoyd Bridge Redecking Design”). RFA shall redeck, resurface and light the Pencoyd Bridge in accordance with the Pencoyd Bridge Redecking Design during Phase I and thereafter shall maintain the Pencoyd Bridge in good order and repair. RFA shall repaint the Pencoyd Bridge during Phase I.
