Brine Line Rates Sample Clauses

Brine Line Rates. In addition to the payment required for the lease of the Capacity Right reference above, Beaumont shall pay Valley the rates established by Valley for Brine Line discharges in their service area for Flow, BOD, TSS, Fixed Pipe and Fixed Treatment including any minimum costs attributable to the treatment and disposal capacity being leased under this Lease Agreement. Payment for these costs shall be made by Xxxxxxxx upon receipt of an invoice from Valley and the payment terms established by Valley for Brine Line discharges in their service area.

Brine Line Rates. The lessee, as a discharger, will pay to the Agency within which it operates and discharges, the rates established by that Agency for brine line discharges, including any administrative surcharges that Agency normally charges other dischargers. These Brine Line Rates will include SAWPA’s O&M Charges for Flow, BOD, TSS, Fixed Pipeline, Fixed Treatment & Disposal, and Permit Fees, and will be invoiced by the Agency within which the lessee operates.
Brine Line Rates. O&M charges, as established from time to time by SAWPA for Flow, BOD, TSS, Fixed Pipe, Fixed Treatment & Disposal, and Permit Fees, will be invoiced by SAWPA to the Agency in which the lessee operates. An Agency that contributes capacity that is leased to a discharger outside their service boundaries will not be invoiced for the Fixed Pipe and Fixed Treatment and Disposal charges for their proportionate share contributed to the discharger. Agencies will invoice lessees who discharge in their service area for their Agency Brine Line Rates.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate. When the actual costs for this period are determined, an adjustment will be made to a rate of a future year(s) to compensate for the difference between the costs used to establish the fixed rate and actual costs.
