Wage Rates definition

Wage Rates means the effective direct expense to the Consultant and/or the Sub-Consultant, on an hourly rate basis, for employees in the specified professions and job categories assigned to provide services under this Agreement that justify and form the basis for professional fees regardless of actual manner of compensation. Work means all services, materials and equipment provided by/or under this Agreement with the Consultant.
Wage Rates means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee’s grading, excluding shift allowances, weekend penalties, and all other allowances not regarded as wages.
Wage Rates. The general prevailing wage rate, as established by the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ General Wage Decision (latest revision), a copy of which is included as the Wage Determination Decision section of these specifications. Work: The entire completed construction or the various separately identifiable parts thereof required to be furnished under the Contract Documents. Work is the result of performing services, furnishing labor and furnishing and incorporating materials and equipment into the construction, all as required by the Contract Documents.

Wage Rates. The following minimum wage rates shall be applicable for the term of this Agreement: Assembly Point Transfer: All employees will receive a daily living allowance of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day worked. This allowance is applicable when a minimum of four (4) hours or more have been worked and a new assembly point is established, which is excess of sixty (60) road miles from previously assigned assembly point.
Wage Rates. The following minimum wage rates shall be applicable for the term of this Agreement: Assembly Point Transfer: Employer shall provide lodging for all employees (one person per bed/double occupancy) when working more than sixty (60) road miles away from home. However, employee has the option to request an allowance of forty-five ($45.00) as lodging compensation for each day worked, when lodging requirements are met. Employer shall adhere to one of two lodging plans and not alternate between two plans.
