Common use of Brokers and Intermediaries Clause in Contracts

Brokers and Intermediaries. No agent, broker or other Person acting on behalf of the Purchasers or any of their Affiliates is, or shall be, entitled to any broker’s fees, finder’s fees or commissions from any Seller or any of its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement or the Transactions.
