Brokers and Investment Advisors. No broker, finder, or investment advisor is entitled to any financial advisory, brokerage, or finder’s fee from COUV arising out of any agreement in connection with the execution, delivery, or performance of this Agreement and the Transactions.
Brokers and Investment Advisors. No broker, finder, or investment advisor is entitled to any financial advisory, brokerage or finder’s fee from Carbon-Ion, arising out of any agreement in connection with the Transactions.
Brokers and Investment Advisors. Company has not employed, contracted for the services of or authorized any broker, finder or investment advisor with respect to the negotiations leading up to the execution of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. Company shall be solely responsible for payment of all fees or other payments due to any such broker, finder or investment advisor in connection with the transactions contemplated herein as a result of Company’s actions.
