Common use of Brokers; Certain Expenses Clause in Contracts

Brokers; Certain Expenses. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person, whose fees and expenses shall be paid solely by Seller, is or shall be entitled to receive any brokerage, finder’s, financial advisors, transaction or other fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby based upon agreements made by or on behalf of Seller.
