Brokers; Certain Expenses. No broker, finder, investment banker or financial advisor (other than Centerview Partners LLC) is or shall be entitled to receive any brokerage, finder’s, financial advisors, transaction or other fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby based upon agreements made by or on behalf of the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective officers, directors or employees.
