Brokers Fee and Commission. Tenant represents that, except for CB Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Inc. and Xxxxx Lang LaSalle Brokerage LLC (“JLL”), Tenant has not procured or engaged any real estate broker, sales person, or finder in connection with this Amendment, and no such person initiated or participated in the negotiation of this Amendment, or showed the Expansion Area to Tenant. Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify, protect, defend and hold Landlord and the Indemnitees, harmless from and against any and all liabilities and claims for commissions and fees arising out of a breach of the foregoing representation. Other than CB Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Inc., Landlord has not procured or engaged any real estate broker, sales person or finder in connection with this Amendment. Landlord agrees to indemnify, protect and hold Tenant harmless from and against any and all liabilities and claims for commissions arising out of a breach of the foregoing representation.

(“CBRE”) and Xxxxx Lang LaSalle Brokerage LLC (“JLL”), Tenant has not procured or engaged any real estate broker, sales person, or finder in connection with this Amendment, and no such person initiated or participated in the negotiation of this Amendment, or showed the Expansion Area to Tenant.   • Broker’s Commissions Buyer and Seller each hereby represent that, except for the Broker listed herein, there are no other brokers involved or that have a right to proceeds in this transaction. Seller shall be responsible for payment of commissions to the Broker pursuant to a separate written agreement executed by Seller.
