Brokers’, Finders’ Fees, etc. The Buyer has not employed any broker, finder, investment banker or financial advisor as to whom the Buyer may have any obligation to pay any brokerage or finders' fees, commissions or similar compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
