Brookside Secondary School. The following Articles are exceptions to other Articles of the Collective Agreement and only apply to Brookside Secondary School.

Brookside Secondary School. Seniority shall consist of the sum of continuous seniority accumulated prior to April while in the employ of the Provincial Schools Branch of the Ministry of Education at Brookside Youth Centre, plus continuous seniority accumulated between April I and December in the employ of the Board of Education, plus seniority accumulated since January in the employ of the Pine Ridge District School Board. The dates in this Article may be altered, as required in a particular year, with the mutual consent of the parties.

Brookside Secondary School. The parties agree to meet and discuss possible amendments to the staffing and class size provisions set out in Clauses 23.09.01 and 23.09.02 of the Collective Agreement, should the Ministry of Correctional Services not agree to fund the existing staffing and class size ratios at Brookside Secondary School.
