Brown Act Compliance. All meetings of the Board shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act (California Government Code Section 54950 et seq.), and as augmented by rules of the Board not inconsistent therewith. Directors may participate in meetings telephonically or by other electronic means, with full voting rights, only to the extent permitted by law.
