BSA Record Keeping Requirements. It is the policy of Lending Club to create and maintain records as required by the BSA. In addition to the keeping of records of reports and supporting documents, as described in Section VII, Lending Club will also create and maintain records as set forth below.   • Compliance with Record Keeping Requirements Participating Dealer agrees to comply with the record keeping requirements of the Exchange Act, including but not limited to, Rules 17a-3 and 17a-4 promulgated under the Exchange Act.
