Government Agencies definition

Government Agencies means any court, agency, authority, board (including, without limitation, environmental protection, planning and zoning), bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of any governmental or quasi-governmental unit of the United States or any State or any county or any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, whether now or hereafter in existence, having jurisdiction over Tenant or any Property, or any portion thereof, or any Facility operated thereon.
Government Agencies as defined in Section 3.2(e).
Government Agencies means a government owned or subsidised organisation, or part of the government structure like a ministry or embassy, who is responsible for export of education/ promotion of their higher education abroad.

Government Agencies means Federal and State agencies that are parties to the Government Contracts, including Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)/Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), DHCS, Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) and the Managed Risk Medical Insurance Board (MRMIB) and their respective agents and contractors, including quality improvement organizations (QIOs).
