Budget and Fiscal Consultation. The District shall meet with the Union to provide the Union with updates and information of the status of the District’s budget throughout the fiscal year. The checkpoints for these information exchanges shall be tied to the First Interim Report, the Audit Report, and the Second Interim Report. The parties shall annually establish mutually agreeable dates to review this financial information.
