Budget Source of Funds. The Budget is based on information deemed reliable by Xxxxxxxx and represents Borrower’s best estimate of all costs required to acquire and complete the Project. Xxxxxxxx has no knowledge, after due inquiry, that any source of funds for the Project will not be received in the amounts and at the times described in the Construction Funds Schedule.
