Common use of BUDGETARY FUNDING Clause in Contracts

BUDGETARY FUNDING. It is understood by and between the parties hereto that this contract shall be deemed executory only to the extent of the monies appropriated by the Board, and available for the purpose of this contract and no liability on account thereof shall be incurred beyond monies appropriated and available for the purpose itself. For any year beyond the initial proposal year, this proposal is contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
