PROJECT FUNDING. The CM shall assist the Owner in preparing documents concerning the Project and Construction Budget and for use in obtaining or reporting on project funding. The documents shall be prepared in a form approved by the Owner.
PROJECT FUNDING. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the State Water Board agrees to provide Project Funds in the amount of Written Dollar Amount dollars and no cents ($Dollar Amount).
PROJECT FUNDING. The total grant award provided for this project shall not exceed $281,023.00. The RCO shall not pay any amount beyond that approved for grant funding of the project and within the percentage as identified below. The Sponsor shall be responsible for all total project costs that exceed this amount. The minimum matching share provided by the Sponsor shall be as indicated below: Percentage Dollar Amount Source of Funding RCFB - YAF - Large 50.00% $281,023.00 State Project Sponsor 50.00% $281,023.00 Total Project Cost 100.00% $562,046.00 All rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement are further specified in and shall be interpreted in light of the Sponsor’s application and the project summary and eligible scope activities under which the Agreement has been approved and/or amended as well as documents produced in the course of administering the Agreement, including the eligible scope activities, the milestones report, progress reports, and the final report. Provided, to the extent that information contained in such documents is irreconcilably in conflict with the Agreement, such information shall not be used to vary the terms of the Agreement, unless the terms in the Agreement are shown to be subject to an unintended error or omission. “Agreement” as used here and elsewhere in this document, unless otherwise specifically stated, has the meaning set forth in the definitions of the Standard Terms and Conditions.
PROJECT FUNDING. A portion of the Project costs is expected to be reimbursed through cooperative funding from the District. The Cooperative anticipates issuing Obligations that will be used to pay the costs of the Project prior to reimbursement from the District of such Project costs. The Cooperative covenants to coordinate the issuance of Obligations with the execution of cooperative funding agreements with the District, which agreement by the District may be subject to such conditions precedent to funding, including appropriation and approval of reimbursement requests.
PROJECT FUNDING. The level of DDA funding is at the discretion of the DDA Board and is subject to available funding. DDA funding will be based on an application’s compliance with the standards and criteria set forth in section D below and a scoring system for evaluating applications. Funding of eligible improvements is limited to no more than twenty (20) percent of the total project costs, unless the applicant demonstrates and the DDA Board determines that the proposal is a catalyst project for the downtown as defined in the FIP scoring system, and the tax increment revenue generated by the project supports the level of proposed funding.
PROJECT FUNDING. The amount of DIP funding is at the discretion of the DDA Board or staff as directed by Board criteria and subject to available funding. DIP funding will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be based on an application’s compliance with the standards and criteria set forth in section D. The DDA may establish a scoring system for evaluating applications as needed. DIP funding is limited to no more than twenty-five (25) percent of the total project costs up to a maximum of $10,000 of DDA funding, except that restaurants and other relevant uses identified in related downtown plans, and determined by the DDA Board to be a priority project for the downtown, may receive funding exceeding $10,000 and twenty-five (25) percent of the total project costs.
PROJECT FUNDING. A. The AUTHORITY agrees to pay, on a reimbursement basis, to the GRANTEE, the sum of $ of the proposed $ total budget cost for the PROJECT.
B. The GRANTEE shall pay PROJECT costs prior to requesting reimbursement from the AUTHORITY. The AUTHORITY shall reimburse the GRANTEE for fifty percent (50%) of all allowable costs in each approved invoice based upon the listed tasks contained in Exhibit “A”, not to exceed the sum of $ as identified in paragraph 3.A. above. Reimbursement requests must include all documentation required by the AUTHORITY for proper audit review and the GRANTEE shall certify that the request for payment is appropriate and that said task or portion thereof has been completed.
C. The GRANTEE shall provide the AUTHORITY with a schedule and description of “tasks” for the PROJECT with the cost associated with each task set forth.
D. The Grantee shall submit a final PROJECT reimbursement request after completion of the project, which shall be no later than September 30, 2024. The final reimbursement request must be submitted no later than December 31, 2024. Requests submitted after December 31, 2024 shall not be considered for reimbursement.
E. The AUTHORITY shall, within sixty (60) days after receipt of a payment request, review the work accomplished to date under this Agreement and, if the work and payment request are in accordance with all applicable requirements, approve the request for payment.
