BUDGETS, ACCOUNTS, STATEMENTS AND REPORTS. 8.1 Manager shall prepare and present to Builder, for Builder’s review and approval, a budget in respect of all anticipated expenses in relation to the services contemplated by this Agreement (the “Budget”) by no later than three (3) months prior to the Commencement Date. The draft Budget will be prepared by Manager on the basis of Builder’s instructions in relation to the type of services Manager will be required to provide; always provided such services fall within the description of Clause 5.
