Budgets and Resources. 8.1 The partners acknowledge that the Group is not a separate legal identity and that its successful operation is dependent upon the continued co-operation and provision of budgets by individual partners to fund its work. The budget and resources available to the Group shall be targeted in accordance with the Group’s agreed objectives and priorities.
