Bug Fix Updates for Google Desktop Applications. To the extent that Customer is distributing a particular Google Desktop Application and Google generally makes available bug fix updates to that Google Desktop Application for its other similarly situated distribution partners, then Google will make the bug fix updates available to Customer.
