Common use of Building Code Clause in Contracts

Building Code. 3.1 The hirer must comply in every respect with the Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and the Health Xxx 0000 with regard to public buildings for the prevention of over-crowding, obstruction of fire exits, corridors, passages and any other part of the building. Failure to adhere to instructions may result in the cancellation of the event. In particular; No Fire Exits can be obstructed at any time. No smoke (machines) or open flame is allowed without permission of Council. No Helium Balloons are permitted in the facility.
