BUILDING CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENT. 2.1 The BUILDING CONTRACT PRICE payable by the PURCHASER to the CONTRACTOR for the carrying out of the WORKS and the fulfillment by the CONTRACTOR of his obligations under this agreement is, the sum of ( RAND), which sum is inclusive of VAT and valid for a period of 6 (SIX) months from the date of signature hereof.
