Building Fund. Effective June 1, 2001, the Union has established pursuant to the ap- proval of its membership a Building Fund. The rate of the Building Fund deduction shall be in accordance with Schedules A, B and C attached hereto and made a part hereof and shall be paid based upon all hours worked. The Building Fund deduction from the wages of all em- ployees performing work performed by members of Local No. 73 shall be made to the Sheet Metal Workers’ Local No. 73
