Building Information. Emeline - The Emeline Building is two stories high and has a low-sloped roof. A link struc- ture connects the Building to an adjacent building - we understand the roof of this link structure is not part of the planned reroof project. The parapet walls appear to consist of cast-in-place concrete and the roof deck appears to consist of cast gypsum over steel joists. Several vents and small pieces of equipment are positioned on the roof. The roof surface slopes mildly to scupper drains on one side. These are some areas of incomplete surface drainage. During a previous visit to this roof in 2004, a small test cut (made and repaired by others) indicated two existing roof coverings. It is not presently known if any of these existing roof coverings contain asbestos. Some building drawings were provided to us. 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx X Xxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000 (000) 000-0000 Fax (000) 000-0000 Roof and Consultants Xx.
