BUILDING LINE AND SIDE LINE RESTRICTIONS. No buildings or improvements of any kind shall be erected on any lot nearer than twenty (20) feet to the front line, nor nearer than five (5) feet to the side lot line; provided, however, that in instanced where the surface terrain is not suitable for construction within these limitations a varianc4 may be granted upon the written approval by QUEEN CREEK LAND & CATTLE CORPORATION, or its assigns.
