BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, IMPROVEMENTS, FIXTURES. Included in the sale as a part of the Premises are the buildings, structures, and improvements now thereon, and the fixtures belonging to the Seller and used in connection therewith, if any. Xxxxx has the right of abandonment of any personal property left on the property at time of Closing.
