Common use of Buildings Clause in Contracts

Buildings. 25 The Employer will maintain all State-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in 26 accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing 27 and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services. Where facilities are leased by 28 the Employer, the Employer shall assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of 29 the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human 30 Services.
