Building Plans. Tenant acknowledges that any plan of the Premises and Common Area which may have been displayed or furnished to Tenant or which may be a part of Exhibit "A" is tentative; Landlord may change the exterior of the Premises and the shape, size, location, number, and extent of the Common Area improvements shown on any such plan and eliminate or add any improvements to the Common Area in Landlord's sole discretion; provided, however, that the Premises shall be substantially as shown on such plan, Tenant's use and enjoyment of the Premises shall not be unreasonably interfered with and any such change to the Common Area shall not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's parking rights under this Lease or access to the Premises.
