Common use of Bulletin Board and Notices Clause in Contracts

Bulletin Board and Notices. Each faculty lounge will have one (1) bulletin board in a reserved area for the exclusive purpose of displaying notices, circulars, and other Association material. The Superintendent or his designee will receive a copy of all notices and material for approval and such approval will be required prior to the posting and distribution, except notices of meetings. Such approval will not be unreasonably held or delayed.
