Common use of Bulletin Boards and Union Communications Clause in Contracts

Bulletin Boards and Union Communications. (a) The Employer will arrange to provide a bulletin board in each office, where space is available. Such bulletin board will be used by the Union for purposes of posting notices of Union meetings and other Union activities. (b) The Employer agrees that the Union may communicate with members utilizing voice mail, faxes and e-mail subject to the policies of the Employer. (c) The Employer will make available a lockable filing cabinet for the use of the Bargaining Unit President.
