The Employer shall provide a bulletin board in the office that all Employees will have access to and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of meetings and such other notices as may be of interest to the Employees. The Union will be permitted access to Employee mailboxes. Voice mail may be used by the Union Executive to communicate special and general membership meetings.
