Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently now conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property. Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of the State and each other applicable jurisdiction in which the Property is located, in each case, as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property.

Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the PropertyProperties. Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the PropertyProperties.

Borrower shall at all times during the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation term of the PropertyLoan, continue to own all of Equipment, Fixtures and Personal Property which are necessary to operate each Individual Property in the manner required hereunder and in the manner in which it is currently operated.

Borrower shall at all times during the term of the Loan, continue to own and/or maintain all of the Equipment, Fixtures and Personal Property which are necessary to operate the Property in the manner required hereunder and in the manner in which it is currently operated.

Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of the State and each other applicable jurisdiction in which each Individual Property is located, in each case, as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, leasing, management and operation of the each Individual Property.

Each Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently now conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the each Individual Property. Each Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of the State and each other applicable jurisdiction in which each applicable Individual Property is located, in each case, as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation by Borrower of the such Individual Property.

Borrower will, and will cause Owner to, qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of each Individual Property and the PropertyCollateral.

To the extent that a Single Tenant Lease does not exist with respect to any Individual Property (or any portion thereof), Borrower will engage in the businesses needed to be conducted by it to the extent that the same are necessary for the maintenance, management and operation of the Properties.

Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently now conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the PropertyProperties. Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each the jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the PropertyProperties.

Borrower shall not acquire any real property other than the Property.

The Borrower will and its Subsidiary Entities shall continue to engage in the businesses presently conducted by it them as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property. Borrower will qualify to do business Collateral and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Mortgaged Property.

Business and Operations. Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently currently conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management ownership and operation leasing of the PropertyIndividual Properties. Each Individual Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management ownership and operation leasing of the Propertyrelated Individual Properties. Borrower shall at all times cause the Individual Properties to be maintained as first class full service hotels.

Business and Operations. Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property. Borrower Each Owner will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property.

Business and Operations. Each Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the its Individual Property. Each Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the its Individual Property.

Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently currently conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management ownership and operation leasing of the Property. Borrower shall at all times cause the Property to be maintained as an office building.

Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management ownership and operation leasing of the related Property. Borrower shall at all times cause the Property to be maintained as an office building with related retail facilities and other amenities.

Business and Operations. Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the PropertyProperties. Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction the jurisdictions where the Properties are located as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the PropertyProperties.

Business and Operations. For so long as Borrower owns the Property, Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property. Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property.

Business and Operations. Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently now conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property. Borrower shall at all times cause the Operating Company to maintain each Individual Property as a KinderCare child care center.

Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, development, maintenance, management and operation of the Property.
