Business Auto Liability. The automobile liability insurance provided by the Contractor shall conform to the requirements hereinafter set forth: a. The Contractor’s insurance shall cover the Contractor for those sources of liability which would be covered by Section II of the latest occurrence edition of the standard Business Auto Coverage Form (ISO Form CA 00 01) as filed for use in the State by ISO without any restrictive endorsements other than those which are required by the State, or those which, under an ISO filing, must be attached to the policy (i.e., mandatory endorsements). Coverage shall include all owned, non-owned and hired autos used in connection with the Agreement. b. The District and the District’s members, officials, officers and employees shall be included as “additional insured’s” in a manner no more restrictive than that which would be afforded by designating the District and the District’s members, officials, officers and employees as additional insured’s on the latest edition of the ISO Designated Insured (ISO Form CA 20 48) endorsement. c.
