The Contractor must be proactive in monitoring the recruitment sector so that they are aware of any changes in policy or working practices to ensure that the content of the Business Brief: complies with all of the relevant legislation referred to at A2.7; is prepared in the best interest of the Lead/Customer Organisation; and reflects industry best practice.
