Business Conducted. No Borrower shall or shall permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage, directly or indirectly, in any line of business other than the businesses in which such Person is engaged on the Closing Date or which are reasonably related thereto, including without limitation the design, marketing and distribution of any products covered by the International Housewares Association.
