Distributor shall use commercially reasonable efforts at all times to give prompt, courteous and efficient service to its customers and shall deal with such customers with the highest standards of honesty, integrity and fair dealing, and shall do nothing which would tend to discredit, dishonor, reflect adversely upon or in any manner injure the reputation and goodwill of PayGO and/or the ETC Program. Each party hereto agrees to conduct its business in compliance with all laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to its business.
