Business Contact. During the term of this Agreement, or any extension thereof, Distributor shall use good faith efforts to aggressively, truthfully, and lawfully market the ETC Program to qualified consumers. Distributor shall use commercially reasonable efforts at all times to give prompt, courteous and efficient service to its customers and shall deal with such customers with the highest standards of honesty, integrity and fair dealing, and shall do nothing which would tend to discredit, dishonor, reflect adversely upon or in any manner injure the reputation and goodwill of PayGO and/or the ETC Program. Each party hereto agrees to conduct its business in compliance with all laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to its business.

The following individual will be the main representative of PILA Member for purposes of this Agreement, providing guidance and direction in operational and membership matters (“Business Contact”): Technical Contact. o 8.1 The recovered amount from the sales or business income of Party A is to be transferred into the deposit account of Party A established with Party B. You agree that all business you conduct and all services you provide in your capacity as a participant in the Program, or in connection with the promotion or selling of which you use or display a Designation or Logo, shall be performed in a manner that: (a) does not reflect negatively on Palo Alto Networks or in any way harm Palo Alto Networks’ reputation, (b) avoids unethical, illegal, misleading, or deceptive practices, (c) does not make or appear to make any warranties, representations, or guarantees on behalf of Palo Alto Networks or related to Palo Alto Networks products or services, (d) complies with all applicable governmental and export laws and regulations, and (e) protects Palo Alto Networks confidential information, Palo Alto Networks copyrights, and other intellectual property rights.
